International Seafood Festival

Melting Pot, the multi cuisine restaurant at  Juhu Residency Boutique Hotel, announces the launch of the International Seafood Festival, from 21st to 31st of May. The festival promises to give sea food lovers a unique flavour of culinary sea food delights. The festival offers “firangi fish” specially imported from different parts of the world, and cooked in costal Indian, oriental, and European style using a variety of local & imported ingredients. Sea food lovers will actually get the opportunity to sample rare sea food not conventionally found in this part of the world. Moreover patrons will be able to see how mouth watering sea food preparations are created in front of them, on live counters specially created for the festival. In fact they will be served sea food delicacies which will be customized preparations created by the special sea food chef Saby Fernandes at the festival.

Chef Saby Fernandes along with his team aims to give Mumbai an opportunity to taste the blend of Indian Spices added to variety of sea food. This opportunity to sample an array of delicious seafood will be over ten days instead of one or two. “Ralph Craven” wines are the official sponsor of this festival. Ralph Craven wines will add to the taste by introducing a special wine called “Sauvignon Blanc and Rose”. According to its manufacturer Mr. Ralph, "the Ralph Craven wines we will be serving at this event are most exquisite and are made out of select Baramati grapes from our vineyards at Baramati, they are sure to add to the flavour and compliment the amazing sea food which will be served at this festival. The International Sea Food Festival will be a flamboyant showcase of sea food dishes with unique features and is sure to mesmerize each visitor.
