Ralph Craven is a Wine Connoisseur, he loves to create and select his own exclusive wines.  His interest have stemmed from him being a wine enthusiast right from his college days. Having graduated in Hospitality Management from the Indian Institute of Hotel Management at Aurangabad (Taj Management School), he has extensively studied about wines and the different wine producing regions of the world.

His passion for wines has led him to create a project about bringing Economic Wine to the people of Auranganbad.  Ralph, during his career, sampled and tasted wine at wine shows across the globe making him a connoisseur of fine wine.  He also traveled to France to study the growing of grapes in Bordeaux and Burgundy.  Ralph has a rich experience of over 12 years in the fields of marketing, finance management and hospitality.

Based on his experience, through a Winery from Baramati, Ralph brings his exclusive wines. The present capacity of the winery is 6 lacs litres and his exclusive wines are being produced out of specially cultivated vineyards which speads across 1000 acres. As on date 6 different grape varitals are being cultivated.

Ralph Craven now brings to you his own exclusive selection of  ‘Sauvignon Blanc’ and ‘Rose Wine’. These wines are an exclusive limited edition created from imported clones of grapes. These low yield and high quality gapes have been perfected and matured into 'Fine Wines'.
